Karin Franz

Karin Franz is currently serving as a People & Culture Strategic Business Partner at Erste Group Bank AG since October 2023. Prior to this role, Karin held various positions at Axalta from May 2013 to October 2023, including HR Business Partner for Industrial Coatings EMEA and Managing Director for Austria, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR duties across multiple countries and regions. Karin’s earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager for Austria and Germany at Bene from May 1999 to March 2013. Educational credentials include a degree in Systemic Coaching from ESBC (2008-2009) and a diploma from Bundeshandelsakademie Baden (1986-1991).
