Marian Ignat

Marian Ignat is an accomplished professional in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the Head of Group Retail Transformation at Erste Group since September 2023. Previously, Marian held various executive roles at BCR, including Executive Director for Retail Distribution, Digital Banking, and Retail Channels Management, spanning nearly a decade from March 2014 to September 2023. Additionally, Marian was a Member of the Supervisory Board at OMNIASIG Vienna Insurance Group and BCR Social Finance. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions at Bancpost and Banca Transilvania.
