Martin Sramko

Martin Sramko has extensive experience in the finance industry, currently serving as the Head of Rates and FX Options Trading at Erste Group since April 2005, where responsibilities include Rates, FX Options Trading, XVA, Central Clearing, TriOptima, Hedge Accounting, and EMIR compliance. Prior to this role, Martin worked as an Interest Rate Derivatives Trader and was a Market Risk Manager at HSBC and Slovenská sporiteľňa, respectively. Additional experience includes positions as a Market Risk Analyst, Project Manager for Foreign Investments, Commodity Derivatives Trader, and Equity Trader at various companies. Martin holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree from the University of Economics Bratislava, awarded in 1999.
