Justus M.

Justus M. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Justus co-founded and served as the Geschäftsführer at Erste Hausverwaltung since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ista as part of the Strategy team from January 2021 to July 2021. Justus also gained valuable experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they started as an Associate in November 2018 and later transitioned to the role of Consultant from August 2020 to January 2021. Justus interned at Stern Stewart & Co. in 2017, focusing on Strategy Consulting. Additionally, Justus completed internships at Google, Okotta Germany GmbH, and BP, where they gained valuable skills and experience in various business operations.

Justus M. began their education in 2014 at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Business Administration. Justus successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2017.

In 2016, Justus M. had the opportunity to participate in an exchange semester at Trinity College Dublin.

Continuing their academic journey, they joined the University of Oxford in 2017 to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Financial Economics, which they completed in 2018.
