Davor Pavlić

Davor Pavlić has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Davor started working as Head of P&C in Retail at Zagrebačka banka in 2003 and held several other roles within the company, including Head of Affluent segment in Retail and Head of Mass market segment in Retail. Davor also worked as the Head Risk Officer for Private Individuals and Head of Credit Risk Management. From 2016 to 2018, Davor served as the Head of Global Banking Services and a Management Board member at UniCredit Bank Bosnia and Herzegovina. Davor then became an Advisor for Strategic HR Management at Zagrebačka banka from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Davor is working as the Head of Strategy at Erste & Steiermärkische Bank in Croatia. Throughout their career, they have also been a Member of the Supervisory Board at Allianz ZB obligatory pension fund and Prva stambena štedionica.

Davor Pavlić holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Zagreb.
