ERTC is the geographic RWA layer — infrastructure that brings the planet's largest illiquid asset class, land, onto the blockchain.
One ERTC token represents one square metre of validated real-world land, recorded on-chain with GPS coordinates, a unique ID, and a validation date. The coordinates serve as a uniqueness marker for each token — ERTC is a digital collectible and asset-backed instrument, not a land-ownership title.
How it works: a land holder submits documentation confirming their rights to a parcel. The platform validates the documents, and upon approval the corresponding ERTC tokens are issued — 30% to the holder's wallet, 70% to the platform. Each token carries its validation data and full on-chain transaction history in a distributed registry.
The platform runs on a proprietary PoA blockchain with a public block explorer, a smart-wallet, and an iOS application. The architecture is fully maintained by the project team, with continuous optimization built into the roadmap.
Today: 94.5M m² validated across 11 countries, an EU trademark registered with the European Union IPO, and a legal entity established in Georgia — one of the most forward-leaning jurisdictions for tokenization in 2026.
