Jim Crossen

Jim Crossen has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1980 with NORTHROP GRUMMAN, where they held the role of Senior Program Manager. In 1986, they moved to the University of Phoenix, where they were a Senior Faculty in Law. In 1999, they became Senior Counsel at APX INCORPORATED. In 2004, they were appointed Vice-President and General Counsel at Endwave Corporation. In 2009, they began working as a Corporate Legal Consultant at J.R. Crossen, Esq. In 2011, they were appointed Deputy General Counsel at SMA America. In 2017, they became President & General Manager at SMA Solar Technology America LLC. In 2019, they began working as a Corporate Legal/Executive Consultant for himself. Finally, in 2020, they became Corporate Counsel at Erthos, Inc.

Jim Crossen has a long and varied educational history. Jim began their studies at San Ramon Valley High School, where they earned a High School Diploma in College Prep. Jim then attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science in 1972. Afterward, they attended Santa Clara University School of Law, where they earned a Juris Doctorate in Business Law in 1978. More recently, they completed a Certificate from Stanford University's Executive Institute for Management of High-Technology Companies.
