Grace Norris GMBPsS has a diverse work experience, starting from 2013 as a research assistant at Bristol Women's Voice. Grace worked as an English language teacher at EF Education First Teachers, BLC (Bristol Language Centre), and a researcher at Gapsquare. Grace was a youth worker at Southern Brooks Community Partnerships and Youth Moves, where they also worked as a National Citizens Service (NCS) team leader. At the University of the West of England, Grace worked as a student and outreach ambassador, a research assistant in environmental psychology, and a research student. Additionally, they were a peer-assisted learner resilient U leader, and an associate lecturer. From 2021, Grace worked as a teaching assistant at SEND/SEMH schools, and from 2023, they plan to work as a researcher and data annotator in Psychology and AI at Erudit.
Grace Norris GMBPsS obtained their Irish Leaving Certificate (All Honours) from Beech Hill College, Monaghan, Ireland in 2009. In 2010, they received a Certificate in Creative Writing from Bath Spa University. From 2018 to 2021, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Sociology from the University of the West of England. Additionally, in August 2015, Norris obtained a Cambridge CELTA - Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults from StudyCELTA. Grace also obtained a Certificate in Medical Writing at Publicis Health School of Medical Writing from Publicis Health in April 2023.
