Andrew MacDonald

Andrew MacDonald, PhD, is the Founder and Managing Director of Mieza Consulting, established in 2003, specializing in AI, customer experience, and innovation executive education. Since June 2010, Andrew has served as a Visiting Professor and Academic Director at Emeritus, teaching various executive programs in fields such as design thinking and leadership. In addition, Andrew holds visiting professor roles at Columbia Business School and Duke Corporate Education, focusing on fintech and digital innovation. Andrew has also contributed to the University of Adelaide as a Visiting Lecturer and served as the Director of the International Centre for Financial Services. With a robust academic background, including a PhD in Macroeconomics from the University of Melbourne, Andrew has held non-executive and chair positions in various organizations and has extensive experience in delivering tailored educational programs to a diverse range of clients, including major banks and corporations across the Middle East and India.
