Ruchira Roy is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and marketing automation. Currently serving as Associate Director – Program Marketing at Emeritus since October 2015, Ruchira oversees brand management in India and the APAC region, utilizing platforms like Pardot for marketing automation and Salesforce for CRM management.
