Dharma Varun has a diverse work experience across various industries. dharma began their career as a Quality Control Engineer at Hindustan Shipyard Limited, where they were responsible for quality checking materials and conducting inspections. dharma then transitioned to MS Agarwal Foundries Private Limited, where they worked as a Senior Engineer and was involved in steel manufacturing, quality analysis, production planning, and ISO standards implementation.

Varun further expanded their expertise at Tube Investments Of India Limited (Murugappa Group), serving as a Senior Engineer. In this role, they focused on product quality analysis, overseeing the MICRO LAB specializing in metallography, and implementing a quality plan. dharma also played a significant role in standardizing the MAELSTROMTM quenching technology.

Later, Varun joined Tube Investments of India Limited as an Executive Associate before being promoted to Senior Executive. dharma'sresponsibilities included ensuring superior product quality, managing production planning, and aiming for zero customer complaints in the fast-growing business in South India.

Most recently, Varun joined Eruvaka Technologies as a Lead Engineer. dharma is involved in the manufacturing, assembly, and sustenance of new-age AI-driven, solar-powered IoT-connected farm equipment for global markets. dharma'srole includes testing and validating new ideas at component and product levels to introduce them to national and international markets.

Dharma Varun pursued their education in a chronological manner. dharma began their academic journey by completing their high school education at Siddhartha High School in Cheepurupalli from 2006 to 2007, where they focused on the field of study known as S.S.C. Following this, they attended Sri Chaitanya Junior College from 2007 to 2009, completing their intermediate education in the field of study called M.P.C.

Moving forward, Dharma pursued higher education at Sanketika Institute of Technology and Management from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. These four years at the institute allowed him to gain expertise in the mentioned field.

Apart from their formal education, Dharma Varun also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In November 2013, they received the Certified Automation Engineering (CAE) certification from Technocrat Automation Pvt. Limited. Immediately after, they obtained the Certified Industrial Robotic Engineering (CIRE) certification from the same institution.

Furthermore, in 2014, Dharma received the NDT ASNT LEVEL -2 CERTIFICATION, provided by National NDT Services. This certification focused on Non-Destructive Testing.

In July 2018, they earned the designation of Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from VarSigma Consulting. This certification focuses on process improvement methodologies and tools.

In December 2019, Dharma Varun achieved the ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor - Quality Management System certification from IRCLASS Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This certification reflects their knowledge in auditing quality management systems.

Lastly, in March 2020, they obtained the Internal Auditor IATF 16949 certification from IRCLASS Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd, showcasing their competence in auditing automotive quality management systems.
