Armando Calero

Armando Calero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls, management, and technology. Currently serving as Project Controls Manager at Ervin Cable Construction LLC since June 2018, Armando previously held roles at AT&T, where responsibilities included Store Manager for the Prepaid Portfolio and Network Technician. Prior to that, Armando was a Project Manager at Telefónica, focusing on business continuity in Central America, and served as Compliance & IT Security Officer and Network Operation Center Engineer at Millicom (Tigo). Armando holds a Master's degree in Finance and Economics from West Texas A&M University, an MBA from Westfield Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. Additional qualifications include Certified Associate in Project Management from Houston Community College and Cisco Certified Network Associate from Centro Juvenil Don Bosco.
