Catherine A. Veeneman

Cate Veeneman is a Partner in the Litigation Department, specializing in complex commercial, employment, and construction litigation. She has represented a broad range of clients, from individuals and rising companies in the real estate and hospitality industries to national retail companies and lending institutions. Cate regularly works in both state and federal court.

Cate has published several articles on class action as well as food and beverage legal issues. She was recognized by J.D. Supra in their 2022 Readers’ Choice Awards as a top author in the categories of food and beverage and class action. Cate has also given several presentations in the Los Angeles community regarding employment legal issues, including an analysis on the effect recent change in California law has had on employee classification.

During law school, Cate received an award for “Excellence in Preparation for Trial Practice” from the American Board of Trial Advocates and was a member of the Southern California Law Review.
