Kenneth P. Hsu

Kenneth P. Hsu is an Associate in the Litigation Department.

Kenneth’s practice focuses on complex business and corporate litigation in federal and state courts. He has represented a wide range of companies, including local and national retailers, manufacturers and technology companies, in various class actions, contract disputes, shareholder disputes and other complex litigation matters.

During law school, Kenneth served as editor-in-chief of the Hastings Business Law Journal. He also externed for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and for the Honorable Susan Y. Illston, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
