George Rivero serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ERW Site Solutions since January 2022, overseeing financial operations and strategy development for ERW Retaining Walls, Inc. and Ratliff Hardscape Ltd. Previously, George held the CFO position at Ratliff Hardscape from September 2016 to January 2022, and at Select Commercial Services from April 2013 to August 2016, where responsibilities included managing finance, accounting, and compliance across all corporate service functions. George's extensive experience in the construction industry is further supported by a long tenure as CFO at L. H. Lacy Company, alongside military service as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves Combat Corps of Engineers. George holds an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business, an MS in Applied Economics from the University of North Texas, and a BS in Business from Louisiana State University.
