Francesco Vignazia

Francesco Vignazia has a diverse and extensive work experience. Francesco started their career as a Junior Controller at Consitex SA in 2002, where they managed activities related to the preparation of price lists and conducted costs and profit analysis. In 2005, they became the Controller at Consitex SA, reporting to the Clothing Division Controller and later to the Supply Chain Group Controller. During this time, they were responsible for managing the controlling activities of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group's Italian manufacturing area. Francesco'smain tasks included monthly closings, managerial reporting, analytical accounting, balance and cash flow analysis, and support in consolidated balance. Francesco joined MAPFRE Warranty S.p.A. in 2008 as a Senior Financial Controller, and later became the Head of Management Control and Finance and Control Manager. In these roles, they led and supervised various activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, planning, business control processes optimization, and coordination and supervision of the strategic planning process. Francesco also maintained relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinated the implementation of IT projects and a local Quality Management System. Francesco then worked at Chiara Boni e Sons Srl as a Finance and Control Manager from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Finance and Accounting at Sü

Francesco Vignazia completed their education in a chronological order. Francesco attended Università Bocconi from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Degree in Economics with a focus on Corporate Finance. After a gap, they pursued further education at IFAF - Scuola di Finanza from 2006 to 2008, earning a Master's degree in Finance with a specialization in Economics. In 2012 and 2013, they participated in the Mapfre Asistencia - International Managerial Training Program, which provided him with a Master Class in an undisclosed field of study. Prior to their university education, Francesco completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico A. Avogadro di Biella - sez. Cossato from 1992 to 1996, attaining a Scientific High School Degree. Additionally, in 2006, they obtained a Business English Certificate from the University of Cambridge.
