Dr. Michaela Hermes

Dr. Michaela Hermes, LL.M., currently serves as Betriebliche Datenschutzbeauftragte and Syndikusrechtsanwältin within the Stabsstelle Datenschutz/Recht at Erzdiözese München und Freising, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Hermes worked as Rechtsanwältin at Ratajczak & Partner Rechtsanwälte from October 2010 to June 2022. Dr. Hermes holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Medizinrecht from the University of Düsseldorf and has a strong academic background, including education at The University of Bonn and UC San Diego.
