Montserrat Taylor

Montserrat Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Montserrat is a co-founder and CEO at ES English, a visionary holding company behind educational institutions such as ES Dubai, ES London, and ES Camps. Montserrat's role involves providing world-class language learning and travel opportunities to international students. Before this, they worked as a Senior Partnerships Manager at Laimoon.com from October 2014 to February 2016. Montserrat also founded and directed EdUKation Ltd - UAE from May 2013 to October 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Business Development Director for the Middle East at the London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) from May 2010 to April 2013. Montserrat founded and directed EdUKation Ltd from April 2007 to May 2010. Montserrat started their career as an International Marketing Officer at the London School of Commerce from March 2004 to April 2007 and then as an International Marketing Manager at King Street College from May 2001 to March 2004. Montserrat's professional journey began as a Marketing Coordinator at Consejeria Britanica in Bogotá and London from July 1999 to April 2001. Lastly, they worked as a Public Relations Officer at Hilton Grand Vacations from June 1996 to October 1997, where they handled various tasks such as research, database management, and production supervision.

Montserrat Taylor attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering. Montserrat then attended the University of Westminster from 2000 to 2005, earning a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies. Montserrat pursued further education at the University of Westminster from 2006 to 2008, completing an MA degree in Marketing Communications. Most recently, in 2023 and 2024, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, for an Executive Education program focused on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) development.
