Alexia Cooper is a leader in the renewable energy sector, recognized as Nevada’s youngest C2 Electrical License holder and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in the Energy category. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and advanced management training from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, Alexia has held pivotal roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Bell Solar & Electrical Systems and currently serves as the Nevada General Manager at ES Solar. Additionally, Alexia founded Bell & Cooper Electrical Corporation, a women-owned electrical company focused on high-quality workmanship and innovative practices. Committed to mentorship and leadership, Alexia also works as an Assistant Trainer at Rapport Leadership.
