Carlos Gonzalez is an experienced Value Stream Manager with a robust background in operations management across various industries, including gas cutting products and automotive manufacturing. Since April 2019, Carlos has managed assembly areas at ESAB, overseeing a crew of 200 employees. Prior to this role, Carlos served in similar positions at New Concept Technology Division Mexico and Continental, where responsibilities included 24/7 operations and the establishment of key performance indicators. Earlier career highlights include managing multiple locations and a distribution center at ACEROS MEXICO, as well as significant contributions to the TE Connectivity division during a 22-year tenure that encompassed various engineering and supervisory roles.
