Lisa Ogren

Lisa Ogren currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at ESAB since June 2024. Prior to this, Lisa held various roles at Novolex from March 2017 to July 2024, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Field Human Resources Manager. Lisa's career in human resources began at Blow Molded Products, where the position of HR/Accounting Manager was held from June 2010 to March 2017, following a similar role at Best Delivery LLC from October 2004 to June 2010. Additionally, Lisa was the Owner/CFO of Elite Contractors & Design from January 2000 to September 2008 and worked as an Accountant at Emminger & Associates from February 2000 to October 2004. Lisa Ogren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Sawyer Business School and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Pasadena City College.
