Swati Soni

Swati Soni is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, currently serving as a Commodity Manager at ESAB since March 2023. Prior to this, Swati held the position of Category Manager at Gerdau North America and Epiroc, where responsibilities included leading root cause analyses to resolve supplier issues and applying lean concepts in sourcing. Swati's career began with roles in procurement and sourcing engineering at Larsen & Toubro Power and Atlas Copco USA, and earlier experience includes an internship in inventory control at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company. Swati holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya.
