Tilea Coleman

Tilea Coleman has a strong background in corporate communications, with experience in various roles at different companies. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at ESAB, where they oversaw communication activities. Prior to that, they worked at Under Armour as the Sr. Director of Teammate Communications and Director of Corporate Communications, developing and implementing global communication strategies. Tilea also worked at ESPN, where they served as the Associate Manager of Diversity & Inclusion and as a Sr. Publicist. Before that, they were the Manager of Communications at WBCA. Throughout their career, Tilea has demonstrated expertise in executive communications, employee engagement, strategic planning, HR communications, and crisis communications support.

Tilea Coleman graduated from Morgan State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications/Public Relations and Promotions.
