Vusa Mlingo currently serves as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at ESAB, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Vusa held multiple roles at SPX FLOW, Inc., including Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy from March 2019 to December 2021 and Vice President of Business Development from March 2018 to 2019. Prior to SPX FLOW, Vusa gained extensive experience at Ingersoll Rand from 2006 to 2019, specializing in product management for water-cooled chillers and oil-free air compressors, as well as corporate development (M&A) and corporate treasury functions.
