Balaji Tm

Balaji TM currently serves as Cluster Head at ESAF Bank since February 2024. Prior to this role, Balaji TM held the position of Branch Manager at HDFC Bank from January 2014, following similar positions at IndusInd Bank and ICICI Bank from November 2012 to October 2012 and February 2011 to October 2012, respectively. Earlier experience includes a Branch Manager role at UAE Exchange and Financial Services Ltd from October 2003 to January 2011. Balaji TM holds an MBA with a focus in Human Resources and Marketing from Madurai Kamaraj University, completed between 2001 and 2003, alongside a Master's degree in Business Administration from Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School.
