Gaurav Dolia

Gaurav Dolia is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as the Regional HR Head for Talent Acquisition - Retail Assets at ESAF Bank since July 2023, Gaurav has previously held senior roles at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., where responsibilities included talent acquisition, strategic HR planning, and employee life cycle management. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Tata Capital and L&T Finance, focusing on similar HR functions, stakeholder management, and compliance. Gaurav holds an MBA in HR, Organization Development, and Labour Laws from Bharati Vidyapeeth, completed between 2004 and 2006.
