Jojo Kannath

Jojo Kannath has a diverse work experience in various companies across different industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Executive at NIS Sparta, an education and learning solutions provider. Jojo then joined ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as an HR Manager from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they worked at ICICI Bank as an Assistant Manager from 2010 to 2012. Jojo later served as an HR Lead at RBG Commodities, a commodities firm, from 2012 to 2014. Jojo then worked as a Manager HR at Zerone Consulting from 2014 to 2018. Jojo'snext role was as Lead Talent Acquisition at CSB Bank Limited from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Jojo holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at ESAF Bank, starting from June 2021.

Jojo Kannath completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from CMS College of Science and Commerce between 2000 and 2002. In 2021 and 2022, Jojo studied HR Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak.
