Dr. Greta Rose

Dr. Greta Rose has had a successful career in the business sector. Dr. Greta began their career in 2005 as a Senior Consultant, member of Consumer Core Group, Recruiting Manager for Business Administration, and Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). After 18 months, they were promoted to Consultant level. In 2008, they took on the role of Lecturer and research assistant at RWTH Aachen University. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, first as Key Account Manager for dm drugstore Germany, Beauty Care, and then as International Business Development, Beauty Care. In 2016, they transitioned to Henkel, where they held the roles of VP Business Strategy & Integration, Beauty Care Hair Professional North America, and Director Integration Management, Beauty Care Hair Professional North America. In 2021, they began their current role as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at eSalon.

Dr. Greta Rose obtained their Dr. rer. pol. in Innovation and Knowledge Management from RWTH Aachen University in 2010. In 2005, they completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. In 2003, they attended Emory University for Marketing, Finance, and Human Resource Management and NEOMA Business School for Managerial Accounting and Finance. In 2002, they obtained their Vordiplom in Undergraduate studies in business administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.
