Valerie Reeves

Valerie Reeves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, training, and leadership. Currently serving as Executive Director and HR Manager at Redondo Beach Center for Spiritual Living since October 2022, Valerie also holds the position of Human Resources Manager at ESAM Inc. since September 2021. Concurrently, Valerie has been a Corporate Trainer for Inside Out Seminars since March 2016, and previously worked in similar roles at Pryor Learning and National Seminars. As Center Director at Centers for Spiritual Living from 2010 to January 2019, responsibilities included managing HR, training, bookkeeping, and marketing while also creating and teaching workshops. Valerie's background also includes roles in recruitment and instructional design, with expertise in building business relationships and conducting training workshops. Valerie holds credentials in hypnotherapy from the American Institute of Metaphysical Theology and the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
