Gian Piero Pioli

Gian Piero Pioli has extensive work experience in the field of finance and auditing. Gian Piero started their career in 1992 as an Auditor at Ernst & Young, where they worked until 2000. During their time at Ernst & Young, they gained experience in financial auditing.

In 2000, Pioli joined Esaote as a Corporate Financial Controller. Gian Piero was later promoted to the position of Corporate Financial Controller & Tax Director in January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for various financial management tasks, including the preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports, tax governance and risk management, and budgeting and forecasting. Pioli was also involved in IFRS adoption and M&A projects. Gian Piero'sextensive experience and expertise in financial management make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Gian Piero Pioli completed their education from 1986 to 1991 at Università degli Studi di Genova, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration. In 1999, they obtained the certification of being a Member of the Public Register of Official Statutory Auditors (Revisore Ufficiale dei Conti) as appointed by Gazzetta Ufficiale N. 77 on September 28, 1999.
