Berrak K. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Head of ESG at Esas Holding, where they started in August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Corporate Communications & Foreign Relations Director at the same company since January 2020.

Berrak also has experience in advisory and board roles. Berrak served as a Member Of The Board Of Advisors at İNGEV since July 2020 and as an Executive Board Member at Genç Başarı Eğitim Vakfı since June 2016. Additionally, they were an Advisor to the Chairman with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Social Responsibility at Pegasus Airlines from 2009 onwards, and later became a Turquality Project Coordinator from January 2016 to 2017.

Furthermore, Berrak has been involved in various organizations and associations. Berrak served as an Advisor to the Young Entrepreneurs Board at TOBB since 2009 and as a Board Member at Türkiye Genç İşadamları Derneği (TÜGİAD) from December 2016 to January 2020. Berrak also held the role of Advisor, Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the Turkish Exporters Assembly from July 2015 to 2017.

Lastly, Berrak has experience in media, having worked as a Producer&Anchorwoman at EKOTÜRK - İş’te KADIN from October 2018 until May 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Specialist at BNP AK DRESDNER BANK from 1999 to 2001 and as an Advisor at Bizgame from 2009 to 2010.

Berrak K. completed their undergraduate studies at Koç University from 1994 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Berrak further pursued their education by attending Middlesex University for their Master of Business Administration degree in 2001 to 2002, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. In 1998 to 1999, they studied at the Goethe Institut Munich, achieving a Mittelstufe certification in Language. Currently, Berrak is enrolled in the Online Entrepreneurship program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, starting in 2018.
