Ece Akyel

Ece Akyel has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Dokuz Eylul University and a Master's degree in Sociology from Maltepe University. In their current role as Programs Manager at Esas Holding, Ece is responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition processes and projects. Prior to this, Ece worked as a Livelihood Officer and Activities Coordinator at Mülteci Destek Derneği (MUDEM) where Ece coordinated recruitment processes and developed social projects. With experience in various roles at different organizations, Ece has a strong background in program development and management.
