Maria Michaili

Maria Michaili has a diverse background in human resources and administration. Maria is currently the Chief People Officer at ESA Security Solutions S.A., where they have been working since December 2021. Prior to this role, Maria held positions at ESA as the Human Resources Director from December 2020 to November 2021, the Human Resources Manager from October 2016 to November 2020, and the Personnel Manager from November 2014 to October 2016. Before joining ESA, Maria worked as a Human Resources Operations Coordinator (Security) at ISS A/S from August 2013 to October 2014. Maria also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at S4U Private Security Co. Ltd. from October 2009 to December 2012. Maria began their career in the public sector, working as a Senior Administrative Specialist at the Greek Ministry of Health from December 2003 to September 2009 and as a Social Services Specialist at the National School of Public Administration from December 2001 to December 2003.

Maria Michaili has a diverse education history. Maria obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester from 2011 to 2014. Maria also holds a Diploma in Health Care Administration from the National School of Public Administration, which they obtained between 2001 and 2003. In 1999, they received a Diploma in Lingua E Cultura Italiana from the Università per Stranieri di Perugia. Lastly, Maria graduated with a BSc in Mass Media and Communication from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens from 1992 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Maria has also obtained several certifications. Maria became a Master NLP from Synolic® in June 2018 and a NLP Practitioner from the same institution in June 2017. Maria also holds a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification from The National Board for Certified Counselors, which they obtained in June 2015.
