Melisa Nur Ek has extensive experience in digital marketing and data analysis, currently serving as a Programmatic Trader at ESB Advertising since May 2023. Previously, Melisa held the position of Digital Data Analyst at The 2045 Collective, where responsibilities included leading post-campaign reports for over 50 programmatic campaigns and analyzing consumer insights to optimize campaign performance. Melisa’s background includes roles as a Market Research Lead for Qatar Airways, where a successful marketing campaign was developed, and a Market Research Analyst with the Smithsonian Institution, where data analyses provided actionable audience insights. Additional roles include Demand Planning Analyst at Vestel, where Melisa facilitated automotive projects with Tesla, and experience in various intern positions across demanding industries. Melisa holds a Master of Science in Marketing from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University.
