Richard Walshe has had an extensive career in health and safety, starting as a draftsman and moving up the ladder to roles such as Safety and Process Manager at ESB Networks. Their expertise lies in safety strategy development, managing day to day safety operations, and ensuring compliance with Safety Management Systems. Walshe has also worked on large-scale construction projects within the Electricity Generation industry.
