Frank Heninger

Frank Heninger has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Frank started as a Sales, Business Development Manager at W. L. Gore & Associates in 1991, and later transitioned to become the European Marketing Manager at Omron Healthcare Europe in 1995. Frank then joined Rodenstock as a Product Line Manager in 2000, before moving on to Develey where they served as the European Sales Manager from 2002 to 2005. Frank then became the General Manager Sales DACH/Central Europe at Amoena, a position they held for a decade from 2005 to 2015. Subsequently, they worked as a Sales Marketing Project Coordinator at Interim Contract Management from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are the Managing Director/CEO at ESBE GmbH since 2016.

Frank Heninger studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they obtained a Diplom degree in BWL (Business Management) in 1987. Frank then pursued further education at the same university and completed a Diplom/Master degree in Business Management and Marketing in 1990.
