Thomas Reil

Thomas Reil has extensive experience in communications and public relations, currently serving as an Officer at the World Energy Cities Partnership since May 2013 and as Head of Communications for Esbjerg Kommune since May 2009. In previous roles, Thomas was the Chief Editor at Vermø A/S, Head of Communications for vestjyskBANK, and Head of Communications & PR at Bang & Olufsen, overseeing significant projects and team management. Thomas began a career in journalism at Flensborg Avis AG Zeitungsverlag and held a team leader position at LEGO Group, where innovative publications and intranet upgrades were implemented. Thomas holds a degree in Political Science and Government from Aarhus University and completed journalist education at Flensborg Avis.
