Rachael Brown, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rachael started their career as an Advertising Account Executive at Bee Group Newspapers, where they were responsible for securing new advertisers and managing special projects. Rachael then moved on to Buffalo Niagara Partnership, where they worked as the Manager of Investor Relations, managing relationships between the organization and its board of directors/top investors. Rachael then joined Employer Services Corporation, holding various roles including Business Development Executive, Business Development Director, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Their responsibilities included providing solutions for HR and employment administration challenges, reducing administrative workload and employer liability, and implementing practices to maximize profitability. Rachael also worked at Meliora Consulting Group, a subsidiary of Employer Services Corporation, as the Director of Business Development, focusing on continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive financial impact and sustainable change for clients.
Rachael Brown, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University at Buffalo, which they obtained between 2019 and 2021. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at Miami University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their field of study at Miami University was English and History. In addition to their formal education, Rachael has not obtained any certifications to date. However, they plan to pursue a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Meliora Consulting Group, Inc. in the future.
