Richard Carpentier

Richard Carpentier has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Richard currently serves as the VP of Recovery Solutions at ESC Corporate Services, where they focus on building strong alliances across departments and functions to support existing customers and future partners. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant.

Before joining ESC, Richard served as the COO and SVP of Operations at KAR Global- AutoVIN. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations, including field operations, call centers, quality assurance teams, client relations, and business development. Richard successfully executed a turnaround plan, making the company profitable and implemented a business continuity plan that facilitated a seamless transition to remote work.

Richard also had a significant tenure at DataScan Field Services - WOFCO - JM Family Enterprise. Richard started as the Vice President of Canadian Operations before being appointed as the Managing Director of Business Development for North America. In these roles, they improved field performance, expanded the market share, and grew the lease-end inspection market.

Prior to that, Richard worked at Groupe Quadrex & Manders Appraisal as the Vice President of Sales Operations, where they drove significant revenue growth and attracted the attention of DataScan for acquisition. Richard initially began their career at Johnson & Johnson Inc as a Territory Manager and achieved the "Ring Club" Award for generating substantial revenue growth.
