Annissa MacOn

Annissa Macon has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as the Coordinator of Instructional Services at ESC Region 11 since September 2012. In this role, Annissa ensures local education agencies receive high-quality professional learning and support in special education, MTSS, equity-based programming, and behavior management. Previously, Annissa worked for the Irving Independent School District from August 2000 to September 2012, where responsibilities included teaching special education students and taking on leadership roles such as team leader and staff development coordinator. Annissa holds several degrees, including a Graduate Level Studies in Public and Urban Administration, a Principal Certification in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Arts in Curriculum Leadership and English, and a Bachelor of Arts in Educational/Instructional Technology and Adult Education from esteemed universities.
