BeTina Edwards-Wilson, M.Ed, currently serves as the Coordinator of Instructional Services at ESC Region 11 since September 2021 and previously held the role of HQIM (Amplify Texas) RLA Instructional Specialist. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Dallas Independent School District from August 2002 to August 2021, where BeTina held various roles including Assistant Principal, Early Childhood Instructional Specialist, Campus Instructional Coach, and Reading First Instructional Specialist. Earlier career experience encompasses working as a Membership Coordinator for the Greater Dallas Chamber and as a Database Administration Intern at Kerr-McGee Corporation. BeTina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Education in Leadership and Policy Studies - Principalship from The University of Texas at Arlington.

ESC Region 11
As an intermediary educational agency, ESC Region 11 provides professional development, technical assistance, and management of educational programs to 76 public school districts, 17 public charter schools, 90 charter campuses, and 150 private schools. We serve a total of 592,249 total students and 77,517 educational personnel. With an area covering 10 counties of North Texas, Region 11 services an area of 7,843 square miles, roughly equal to the state of Massachusetts in size. School districts in this region range in size from Fort Worth Independent School District's large metropolitan schools to small rural districts with only one building housing a total of 80 students in grades K-9. The Service Center is centrally located in White Settlement, Texas, just west of Fort Worth, Texas, and is surrounded by many community and cultural resources.
