ESCAL
Flavie Le Tenier currently serves as Chef de Projet for MDD France and Export at ESCAL, managing a portfolio of private label products and overseeing packaging optimization and project timelines. Previously, Flavie worked at Lidl France as a Buyer and Product Manager, focusing on market performance analysis and strategic planning for seafood departments. Flavie's experience also includes marketing internships at 3SW - Groupe 3Suisses, Jaguar Land Rover, and IKEA Group, along with project management roles in tourism organizations. Flavie holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and International Management from Université Rennes 2 and has a background in international business and cultural studies.

Entreprise familiale implantée en Alsace depuis plus de 40 ans, Escal met à profit son savoir-faire culinaire pour proposer une large gamme de savoureux produits surgelés : - Escargots - Produits de la mer - Bouchées apéritives - Spécialités alsaciennes (Flammekueches, galettes de pommes de terre, ...) Ces produits sont vendus dans le monde entier sous les marques Escal, Kauffer’s, Gourmet d’Alsace et en marques de distributeurs. La production de ces spécialités se fait en Alsace, dans les 3 unités de Strasbourg, Brumath et Neunhoffen, qui emploient près de 250 personnes.
