Escalate are a multi-award winning litigation law firm delivering the number one packaged solution for commercial disputes up to £2 million.

Over £40 billion a year is written off by SMEs, as they believe that there isn't a cost effective solution to resolve commercial disputes. High upfront costs, considerable financial risks and a slow process preventing access to justice for claimants, have all contributed to the fragility of the commercial dispute market. Nobody has tried to fix this problem – up until now.

Escalate helps SMEs to achieve a prompt settlement to a wide range of commercial disputes, with fixed fees payable only on a successful outcome and no upfront costs. We're already helping to unlock millions for businesses involved in a variety of commercial disputes.

Escalate won the 'Legal Services Innovation Award' at the 2018 British Legal Awards, thereby completing a clean sweep of the major national legal awards that year. Other wins included ‘Excellence in Business Development’ at the Law Society Excellence Awards, ‘Best Collaboration Initiative’ at the Lawyer Awards, and ‘Innovation of the Year’ at the 2017 British Accountancy Awards. We were also shortlisted for ‘New Business of the Year’ at the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards 2019.

In 2020, Escalate won ‘Innovation of the Year’ at the Modern Legal Awards, and were also ‘highly commended’ in the ‘Business Growth Award’ category. We were also named the winner in the ‘NextGen Banking, Finance, & Business Services’ category at the inaugural Management Today Next Gen Awards. In 2022, Escalate won ‘Supplier of the Year’ at the British Credit Awards, organised by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.
