Sean Segal

Sean Segal is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the education and nonprofit sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Escalate since June 2022, Sean has previously held significant positions including Chief Executive Officer at Generation USA, Chief Operating Officer at CODE2040, and Vice President of Chapter Support at After-School All-Stars. Sean also served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations for Urban Alliance, and Recruitment Director for Teach for America. Sean began a career in education as a teacher with Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Sean holds a Master’s degree in Education Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from The Catholic University of America.
