Andria Marshall

Andria Marshall currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards & Data Management and Director of Payroll at Escalent since October 2023. Previously, Andria held the position of Global Payroll Manager at TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods from March 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing payroll for 1300 employees across 22 entities in 13 countries, implementing payroll systems like Paylocity and Blue Marble, and managing integration efforts for acquired companies. Andria's extensive payroll experience also includes roles as Payroll Specialist at MPLT Healthcare, CoAdvantage, and Newbold Advisors, and supporting HR functions in administrative capacities at Albertelli Law, APL Federal Credit Union, American Partners Bank, and Beazer Homes. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Hillsborough Community College.
