Isha Bansal

Isha Bansal is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region at Escalent since November 2021, leading recruitment efforts across India, Philippines, China, and South Africa during a significant growth phase. Prior roles at Escalent included Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition, where Isha played a pivotal role in expanding the recruitment function. Experience also includes consulting roles with NASSCOM, where Isha developed comprehensive HR documents and streamlined processes, as well as extensive consultancy in recruitment for various industries while self-employed from June 2012 to November 2020.
