Rupa Chakraborty

Rupa Chakraborty is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as Director of Global Talent Acquisition for APAC, EMEA, and the US at iMerit Technology since September 2022, Rupa has previously held various HR roles at U2opia Mobile from June 2015 to September 2022, including DGM HR and Senior Manager HR. Rupa began the professional journey as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Campus EAI Consortium from January 2013 to March 2015, and has also served as Manager of Corporate HR at Exigo IT Services Private Limited and Officer HR at Saipem Triune Engineering Pvt Ltd. Academically, Rupa holds a PGDM in HR from the Institute of Management Technology and a Diploma in Learning and Development from the Indian Society of Training and Development. Additionally, Rupa has a foundational degree from Miranda House College.
