Kristin Maxwell

Kristin Maxwell is an experienced financial executive with extensive leadership roles in various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Accounting at Escalon Services since September 2022, Kristin also holds the position of President and CFO at NINC, Inc (formerly nChannel) since December 2018, overseeing finance, human resources, and administration for a fast-growing company in Central Ohio. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Full Stack Finance and CFO and Interim CEO at nChannel Incorporated. Kristin has a background as Executive Vice President of Finance at The Shipyard, LLC, and Controller at Astute Solutions, with foundational experiences as Treasurer/Controller at Foresight Corporation and Assistant Controller at Horizons Real Estate Group, Inc. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/MIS from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
