Denise Brewer

Denise Brewer is a seasoned construction manager currently employed at the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners since August 2021. With a professional history that spans over two decades, Denise has held key positions such as Division Manager of Operations and Maintenance at the Maricopa County Department of Transportation and Project Manager at AECOM. Denise's tenure includes leading the Permits, Construction, and Inspection Division at Maricopa County and serving as Street Superintendent for the City of Tempe. Denise's career began at the Florida Department of Transportation as Assistant Operations Manager. Additionally, Denise has been a member of the American Public Works Association since 2006. Denise earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Law/Justice Studies from Arizona State University between 1996 and 2000.
