Danielle Landrum Phr

Danielle Landrum, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in employee onboarding, application processes, and personnel record management. Currently serving at the Escambia County Sheriff's Office since January 2013, Danielle oversees the civilian application process, facilitates new employee orientations, and manages updates to HRIS systems. Previous experience includes a managerial role at Crestview Wings, LLC, where Danielle led a team of 35, organized staff schedules, and implemented employee training and reward systems. Danielle began a career in training at Olive Garden and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of West Florida, along with a certificate in Human Resources obtained in 2010.
